Recruiting services to find the best talent match for a full time position. Our fee is based upon a percentage of the first year’s salary, with a guarantee. If there is a concern within the first 30 days, we replace or refund the fee.

Temp to Perm

“Need to try before your buy?” The potential full time employee works for Werkridge Placement for a period of time as our employee, assigned to your site. When you are ready, you hire, for a reduced placement fee.

Contracting

Spike in business, but not sure it will last? Use Werkridge Placement’s contracting services, where we place our qualified employee at your site, and our fee is part of the hourly rate.

Project/Flat Fee

Have a defined project you need done? Use Werkridge Placement’s project based model. We agree on deliverables, our qualified employee does the work, and you pay a single fee upon delivery and acceptance of the work.

Consulting

Need guidance or mentoring, but not full-time? Use Werkridge Placement’s Consulting Services. You only pay for time used.
